At Simpson’s Cheese, we are dedicated to ensuring that your cheese arrives fresh and in perfect condition. Below are the details of our shipping policies, including delivery options, handling processes, and important guidelines.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, DPO, APO and FPO addresses at this time.
Shipping Schedule
Orders are processed Monday through Wednesday:
To maintain the quality and freshness of your cheese, we ship orders early in the week to avoid delays over weekends.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST on Wednesday’s:
These will be processed the following Monday to ensure prompt delivery and quality.
Shipping Methods
We offer various shipping options to suit your needs, including standard, expedited, and overnight shipping.
Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 2-4 business days.
2nd Day Air: Delivered within 2-3 business days.
Next Day Air: Next-day delivery for orders placed before the shipping cutoff time.
Temperature Control
All perishable products are shipped using insulated packaging and ice packs to maintain proper temperature during transit. During warmer months or for destinations in hot climates, we highly recommend selecting expedited or overnight shipping to preserve product quality.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order, shipping method, and destination.
